Producing an educational film for the Salmon in Schools pilot study, with evidence-based nutrition for increasing oily fish like salmon intake within Scottish secondary schools. Collaboration with Salmon Scotland, Scottish Aquaculture Innovation Centre (SAIC) and Stirling Council Education. This study is being independently evaluated by the Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS) and the Rowett Institute, Aberdeen University

Continuing our work together in 2021 on the national campaign #ShoutOutForBritishTrout to encourage Britain to eat more oily fish! Social media nutrition support, video mini-series 2020, conference speaker building awareness of the health benefits of fish, developing website content for the nutrition benefits of trout and advice on USP.

The seabuckthorn story is an exciting one! Diversified Dairy farmers, together we’re developing clear, informed nutrition content to build consumer background knowledge of this nutrient-packed berry,  organically famed with nature at its core, opening up marketing opportunities for their innovative crop within human and animal health
